Abstract

Human resources and employee performance is an important factor in one company to achieve its goals. this research refers to the effects of any can improve employee performance in terms of motivation and training by using an intervening variable motivation with goal of this study was to investigate the effect of compensation and employee training on employee performance. This study used a descriptive analysis of the sampling method using a questionnaire as the main data. The samples in this study were employees of PT Gobel Dharma Sarana Karya. Respondents were selected using probability sampling and technique simple random sampling. The next respondent data is processed using the SEM method by using the software AMOS The results of the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the results will be summarized as follows: (1) compensation and a significant positive effect on motivation; (2) employee training and significant positive effect on motivation; (3) motivation and a significant positive effect on employee performance; (4) compensation and a significant positive effect on employee performance; (5) employee training and significant positive effect on employee performance Keywords: compensation, employee training, motivation, employee performance
