Abstract
The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of component ratio risk based rating, the stock price at the banking company publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Component of the risk-based ratio of bank ratings in this study were non-performing loans, loan-to-deposit ratio, good corporate governance, return on assets, operating expenses operating income, and capital adequacy. This study using sample of commercial banks listed on Indonesia Stocks Exchange (IDX) in 2008to 2011. There are 21commercial banks which are selected with purposive sampling method. Hypotesis testing on this study was done bythe multiple regression analysis. The result that show: (1) non performing loanhad no influence to stock price; (2) loan to deposit ratio had not influence to stock price;(3) good corporate governance had no influence on stock price(4)return on asset had influence to stock price; (5) operating expense operating income had no influence to stock price;(6) capital adequacy had no influence to stock price.
