Abstract
The study is focused on the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study was taken because in the previous research there are still differences result between each other. The purpose of this study are to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta head office, Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2013. Data in this study were collected single cross-sectional by the distribution of questionnaire among 137 employees of PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta head office, Jakarta. The type of data are collected from primary and secondary data, while data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. This studyprimarily use SPSS 21 statistics software as the main analysis tool for the researched data. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction and organizational commitment together effects the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on PT. Tri Pakarta head office, Jakarta. The partial effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment each effect the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on PT. Tri Pakarta head office, Jakarta.
