Abstract
This research based on signaling theory, the purpose of this research is to analyzed: (1) the differences of share price before and after the publicity of audit report with going concern opinion. (2) the differences of trading volume activity before and after the publicity of audit report with going concern opinion. This research using purposive sampling method.The sample are 12 for 2011, 10 sample for 2012, and 10 sample for 2013that used for this research The results of these research based on T-test related sample to stock price show that there are no significant differences stock price before and after the publicity of audit report with going concern opinion. The result of the reseach based on T-test related sample to trading volume activity that there are no significant differences before and after the publicity of audit report with going concern opinion Keyword : audit report, going concern opinion, stock price, trading volume activity.
