Abstract
This research is a case study on the company Kartika Chandra Hotel. Studied in this research is the process of accounting information systems Kartika Chandra Hotel room reservation. This study aimed to see if the process accounting information systems implementation Kartika Chandra Hotel room reservation had acted correctly. The research was conducted by the method of observation, where the authors start by reading the research that has been standard procedure there. Then the authors conducted interviews with hotel employees that duty cycles within the reservation. Later researchers will provide questions and questionnaires to be answered by the hotel employees. After conducting interviews, the authors also conducted a review directly to see if there is a standard that has been done properly or not. The results of this research is the implementation of the overall accounting information systems at the Kartika Chandra Hotel room reservation has been going well. But there are minor weaknesses in the process. Lax safety standards book procedure resulted in workers working in accordance habits or orders from their superiors. And also the human error factor is also still common in the implementation is. So we need a training to improve employee knowledge both hard skills and soft skills.Keywords: accounting information systems, information, accounting system, COSO, internal control.
