Abstract
Accounting Information Systems is a set of formal procedures where data is collected, processed and distributed information to the user. Accounting information systems is very important for business, because Accounting information systems become important means to obtain financial information, and also can be used as a tool to detect irregularities. There are some cycles in the accounting information system such as expenditure cycle. The research used qualitative descriptive analysis method. Qualitative analysis is used to analyze the implementation of accounting information system by comparing the policies, procedures and the relevant theory. This Research explained about expenditure cycle for the accommodation expense in PT XYZ, the result is the accounting information system in PT XYZ is very good but there are still problems and always happens. The management has a duty to constantly remind its employees to always work carefully and appropriately. Keywords: Accounting Information System, Expenditure Cycle,and Accommodation Expense.
