Abstract
This study aims to analyze, test, and determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as intervening variables for permanent employees of the Operations Division of PT. X Bank. Respondents taken are permanent employees at the operational division level of PT. Bank X staff with a total of 44 respondents. Respondents' data collection method in this research was conducted through a questionnaire, while the data analysis method used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the independent variables have a positive influence on all dependent variables, where transformational leadership has a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive influence on employee performance, as well as transformational leadership on employee performance. Through organizational commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables have a positive influence.
