Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the effects of motivation, study behavior, and self efficacy on academic achievement. The object of this research is STIE Indonesia Banking School (IBS) and the subject is people who studies in Magister Program in IBS. This study is uses non-probability sampling method to the data distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents. The result of questionnaires was analyzed by using multiple linear reggression analysis. This study has produced three outcomes: first of all, the t-test result show that the independent variabel which motivation, have significant relationship to academic achievement and than study behavior, and self efficacy have no significant to academic achievement. Since the result academic achievement is significancy and no significancy effected by the three variables, the lecture need to be better at arranging students studying contents so it is going to be easier to be understood.
