Abstract
This study aims to determine the direct effect of leadership, compensation and job satisfaction to the job performance direktorat pengamanan objek vital regional police east java. In this study will be one form of research that focused on government institution namely police department. This research is classified as descriptive analysis method by taking a sample of a population and the use of a questionnaire as its main tool. The sample in this study are some of the police officer at direktorat pengamanan objek vital totaling 110 respondents, Respondents were selected using nonprobability sampling and convenience sampling technique. The results of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and its result would be summarized as below; 1). Leadership has not influence toward job satisfaction. 2). Compensation has not influence toward job satisfaction. 3). Job satisfaction has not influence toward job performance. 4). Compensation negative and significant influence toward job performance. 5). Leadership has positive and significant influence toward job performance. Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance.
