Abstract

Nowadays technology and communication device are very important to people and industry. One of them in the banking industry. Banks utilizing mobile banking to facilitate customer to transaction. The main focus of thi s study is to analize the direct effect of innovation attribute and knowledge based trust to attitude toward using mobile banking, and also the direct effect of attitude toward using mobile banking to behavioral intention. This research is categorized as a survey descriptive analysis method by taking samples and using questionnaire as its main tools. The sample in this research is Bank BRI customers, especially the customer who use mobile banking BRI. The respondents are chosen by using nonprobability sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The results of analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and its results would be summarized as below: 1. Perceived relative advantage has no significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking BRI; 2. Perceived ease of use has significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking BRI; 3. Perceived compatibilityhas significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking BRI; 4. Perceived competence has significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking BRI; 5. Perceived benevolence has significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking BRI; 6. Perceivedintegrity has significant inf luence on attitude toward using mobile banking BRI; 7.
