Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of recruitment criteria and selection process of employees performance in Badan SAR Nasional (BASARNAS), and the subjects are people who works in legal and staffing division. The analysis method that has been used is the descriptive method analysis and the statistic method analysis which consist of double regression analysis, simultaneous testing, partial testing, and determination testing. The object in this research is BASARNAS employees. The result of this research is presence of significant effect from the recruitment criteria and selection process againts the employee performance. Analysis coefficient determination indicated that recruitmen criteria and selection process owned by employees BASARNAS influential of 55,1 % againts the performance of employees. Based on the result of the study it is known that recruitment criteria and selection process have significant and positive effect on employees performance. In the significant individual test results indicates that the recruitment criteria has a significant relationship with employees performance. Selection process has a significant relationship with employees performance. Keywords : Recruitment criteria, Selection process, Employees performance
