Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention in the frontlineremployees PT Bank XAreaBintaro. Independent variables in this research were Pay Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Job Security. where as dependent variable was Turnover Intention. There were 108 the frontlineremployees including Tellerand Customer Servicenon outsorcing used as samples The result show that Job Security had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Pay Satisfaction had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction had a significant effect on the Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction had a significant effect on Turnover Intention, it also showed that Pay Satisfaction significantly effect Turnover Intention the most with the estimation value of 0.794, whereas Organizational Commitment did not affect Turnover Intention. Based on this research, tt is suggested to management of PT Bank X Area Bintaro to provide payments or salaries based on employees performance and also notice the frontliner employees safety so that they can work with passion and provide safe and comfortable working environment Keywords : Pay Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Job Security, Turnover Intention
