Abstract
Employee loyalty can be defined as employees being committed to the success of the organization and believing that working for this organization is their best option. The aim of the study was to find the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee loyalty.This study also findtherelationship between work rewards and job satisfaction. A structural equation modeling used to identify the variables that significantly affect employee loyalty. Using Amos21, data collected from 109 employees of PT Astra Honda Motor by using questionnaire as the main data. The results revealed that intrinsic and extrinsic reward has a significant and positive effects on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a significant and positive effects on employee loyalty Keywords: Employee Loyalty, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Extrinsic Reward, Intrinsic Reward.
