Abstract
Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Affective Commitment dan Turnover Intention. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 karyawan tetap level staff (back office dan frontliner) PT. Bank X kantor wilayah III.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Affective Commitment berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Affective Commitment, dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Affective Commitment. Kata Kunci : Affective Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support, Turnover Intention.
