Abstract
Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process that learners are actively developing the potential to have the spiritual strength of religious, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills of the community, state and nation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of faculty’s competences (KSAOs) on student performances. The research objects are competences, knowledge, skill, ability, others value, student performances of college student in Jakarta. Statistic program of social science (SPSS) are applied with questionnaire in this research. The respondents are chosen by using nonprobability sampling and convenience sampling techniques. This research also found that faculty’s knowledge had no significant influence on student performance, faculty’s skills had no significant influence on student performance, faculty’s ability had the positive influence on student performance, and faculty’s others value had the positive influence on student performance.
