Abstract

Women have the potential to contribute more to the country’s economy. Unfortunately, data shows that in Jakarta, labor force participation rate for women is only 45.77% or ranked to the 25th out of 34 province in Indonesia (Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, 2019). One of its reason is because there is an assumption from our society that women are fully responsible in the household, thus causing conflict in the role of women both in work and family’s role. Therefore, this object of research fokus on millennial generation women that born in between 1980-2000, married, and currently working in Jakarta. This research using SEM AMOS to see the effect of Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior, Work Family Enrichment, and Family Work Enrichment of 223 millennial generation women who have married and worked in Jakarta. This research was collected between 6 - 27 June 2020 using google form. In the process, the respondent data were eliminated to become a fit model into 201 respondents. The result showed that FSSB had significant positive effect to the Job Satisfaction of millennial married women in Jakarta (0.449), WFE had significant positive effect to the Job Satisfaction of millennial married women in Jakarta (0.348) But, FWE had no effect to the Job Satisfaction of millennial married women in Jakarta (0,163, p=0,313).
