Abstract
The objective of this research is to analyze of the firm's stock price determinants through finance performance on commercial bank that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Upon fundamental analysis, finance performance variables are represented by Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Asset (ROA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). The method of ordinary least square is used in the research with multiple regression to estimate the firm 's stock price of commercial hank on the basis of the sample regression function. The result of regression analysis indicates that overall independent variables are significant statistically and necessary imply dependence of the firm 's stock price on their finance performance. Partially, ROA and PER are significant statistically through t test that are gives positive correlation on the firm's stock price. While, NPL have negative correlation on the firm's stock price. It means that more profitable and riskless, more stock return and increase stock prices. Keywords: Stock Price, Non Performing Loan, Return On Asset, Price Earning Ratio.
