Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment and selection of Bank BTN. Recruitment it self is a process of finding and attracting capable applicants for empployment. Selection is the process of choosing from among candidates, from within the organization or from the outside, the most suitable person for the current position or for the future positions. This research was conducted in Bank BTN Jakarta. The researcher use selection ration and cost budgeting method to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment and selection process. Keyword: Recruitment and selection, Cost budgeting, Selection ratio.
