Abstract
The purpose of this research is to assess IT Governance at Bank XYZ with COBIT as framework and Capability Maturity Model (CMM) as measurement tools. IT Governance is the responsibility of executives and the board of directors, and consist of the leadership, organizational structures, and processes that ensure that the enterprise’s IT sustains and extends the organisation’s strategies and objectives. The deployment of questionnaires were 15 copies. The election of respondent is by using purposive sampling method. The assessment uses CMM from COBIT. The result of this assessment is showed by maturity level of Bank XYZ IT’s which contains of four domains that are plan & organize (PO), acquire & implement (AI), deliver & support (DS), and monitor & evaluate (ME) Keywords : IT Governance, COBIT, and Capability Maturity Model.
