Abstract
This study examines the effect of achievement motivationand communication on job performance. The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence about the positive effect of achievement motivation and job performance, and the positive effect of communication and job performance. The respondents of this study are the employee of Internal Audit Group of PT Bank DKI. The result of the study is that achievement motivation and communication affect the job performances. The achievement motivation has a positive impact to job performances, and communication has a positive impact to job performance. Several test on the hypotheses revealed that all null hypotheses were rejected, whereas all alternative hypotheses were accepted. Shortly speaking, the findings indicated that the study design was appropriate enough. Key words: Achievement Motivation, Communication, Job performance
