Abstract
his research aims to determine and analyze whether the loan process in PTBank X branch Arteri Pondok Indah in accordance with applicable policies and procedures and also to determine whether credit growth in PT Bank X branch Arteri Pondok Indah can affect to the amount of Nonperforming Loan (NPL The method of this research is descriptive-analysis that is used to evaluate the process of the Kredit Usaha Mikro (KUM) whether it is appropriate to the Bank loan’s policy which apply in PT Bank X branch Arteri Pondok Indah The result of this research shows that the loan process in PT Bank X branch Arteri Pondok Indah has been running in appropriate procedure, but yet there are still some inexpediencies that were caused not by the default procedure but caused by the inaccurate verification which is made by the employees who are involve to the loan process Keyword: System of Kredit Usaha Mikro (KUM)
