Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the effects of training, counseling, and the role of supervisors on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Plaza Toyota, Tendean, and the subjects are people who works in the sales division. This study uses non-probability sampling method to the data distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents, which were analysed with the IBM SPSS Statistics version 21. The model analysis of this research is using Multiple Regression. The results of the questionnaires was analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and F-test. This study has produced three outcomes: first of all, the t-test result shows that the independent variable which includes, training, counseling and the role of supervisors have significant relationship to the employee performance Since the employee performance is significancy affected by training, the company should provide more kinds of training for the employees to increase their performance Keywords : training, counseling, role of supervisors, employee performance
