Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility is one of themost important thing for company.social responsibility asserts that company’s relations and or affected by the presence ofinside and outside companies are also have a right to get an outgrowth of an company.The purpose of this study was to see whetherthere is any relationship between the GCGdescribed by the audit committee, independent board, institutional ownership,managerial ownership, and profitability is represented by ROA and CSR The sample of this research are mining companies listed on the Indonesian stockexchange period 2010-2012. This research uses purposive sampling in selecting thesample. This research has gotten 16 mining companies listed on the Indonesian stockexchange period 2010-2012 The result of this study, with 5 % significancylevel showed that audit committeevariables are not significantly influence CSR. the independent board variablessignificantly influence CSR. institutional ownership does not significantly affect the CSR.managerial ownership does not significantly affectthe CSR. and ROA significantlyinfluence CSR.
