Abstract
This study wanted to see the impact of organizational culture and employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to see the impact of organizational culture partially and simultaneously, the contribution of organizational culture on job satisfaction. This study is a case study and the respondent of this study are employees of X Company. In collecting and processing data, this study uses a questionnaire with structed statement and uses statictical software (SPSS). The result of the study are, organizational culture has significant influence at the same time on the job satisfaction of employees in company X, human orientation and the variables of the aggression had a significant influence in partial satisfaction of the employees working in the company X, variable attention to detail, results orientation, innovation and risk-taking, the orientation of the equipment, stability, does not significantly affect the partial impact on job satisfaction of employees in the company X Keywords: organizational culture, Job satisfaction.
