Abstract
This article tris to observe a case in one of the state banks focussing on power, political and job's satisfaction problem. Robin (1998) suggeted that one's power and leader's or employee's corporate political ability, may influence her or his function effectively and job's satisfaction. In general, the ways to solving the problem in this case can't be genrally to another case, but it can be concluded from the result of problem solving that one's power, political ability and like or dislike about poitical activities may influence her or his job's satisfaction. To make his or her function effective, a leader should not only has legitimate power but also expert power and is interested in corporate political activity.
