Abstract
Millennial employees are suspected of having low loyalty to the company, so it is interesting to conduct further studies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on the turnover intention with the role of organizational commitment as a mediation. The sample used in this study amounted to 45 people with the characteristics of the millennial generation, permanent employees, and have worked for at least one year. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to permanent employees of the millennial generation of PT. XYZ using google forms. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in data processing and is processed using the smartPLS 3.0 application. The results show that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice has a positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational justice has a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment also plays a mediating role between compensation, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on turnover intention.
