Abstract

This research take moving object the field of delivery of goods are PT. Yapindo Transportama Jakarta. The reason this object because researchers feel in which to come prospects this will grow with scope market a very wide. To increase corporate profits it takes human resources are reliable. The research of analysis using Equiation Structural Modeling (SEM). This research is descriptive quantitative research with 195 respondents were collected by convenience sampling method. Results of this study indicate there three variables that proved significant and supported data, 1) Transformational leadership positive affect to organizational commitment, 2) Transformational leadership positive effect to job satisfaction, 3) Job satisfaction positive effect to employee performance. The, there is two variables is not significant and is not supported by the data, that is organizational commitment to employee performance and transformational leadership to employee performance.
