Abstract
In recent decades more smartphone type used by various level if society in the world, including Indonesia. In addition, the brand and type of smartphone also more abundant in the market,with better function and performance. In Indonesia, RIM (Research in Motion) is a famous Canadia smartphone vendor, with it's blackberry smartphone. This study is descriptive research with single cross sectional design, respondents in this research is Jakarta society who use Blackberry smarthphone, the sample unit used in this study is the blackberry smartphone users within the last thress months older than 21 years old and live in Jakarta. Non Probability sampling technique used in this study was conveniece sampling. This research used validity test, reliability test, the classic assamption test (test of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test). The result of this research in the product attribute does not have a significant effect on positive word of mouth, while customer satisfaction and loyalty have a significant effect on positive word of mouth Blackberry smartphone in Jakarta.
