Abstract
The purpose of this study is to exemine the relationship of financial performance, environmental performance, environmental disclosure and corporate governance on firm value with firm size and leverage as control variable. Using the purposive sampling method, the sample of this study are 50 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the agricultural industry, mining industry, basic and chemical industry, consumer goods industry and miscellaneous industry and that are participating in the Performance Rating Assessment Program on Environment Management (PROPER) in 2015-2019 using the multiple regression analysis method with panel data. The results show that financial performance, corporate governance and leverage have a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. However, environmental performance and environmental disclosure have no effect on firm value.
