Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the role of work-family conflict and job stress through job satisfaction over employee job performance in the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 120 respondents ASN of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, especially those who are married. The data collection technique in this research uses the primary data technique by sharing questionnaires to the main ASN are marrieds to the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta with a total 120 respondents using Structural Equation Modeling Analysis (SEM). The result of this research shows that 1) Work-family conflict has a negative effect on job satisfaction. 2) Job stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction. 3) Work-family conflict does not effect on employee job performance. 4) Job stress does not effect on employee job performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on job satisfaction. 6) Work-family conflict has indirect effect on employee job performance through job satisfaction. 7) Job stress has indirect effect on employee job performance through job satisfaction.
