Abstract
National food and beverages industries continued to show positive performance with growing reach 9.82 percent or amounted to Rp192,69 trillion in 2016This research aims to determine the influence of job involvement, supervisor support, role stressor (conflict, ambiguity and overload) and performance on employee job satisfaction on Gen Y. Data gathered using the questionnaire online with 190 respondents as sample who lived and worked in the food and beverage industry in Jabodetabek with Gen Y class classification. data analysis using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The conclusions of this study are: Job involvement proved negative effect to role conflict, Job involvement proved positive effect role ambiguity, Job involvement have no effect on employee job satisfaction, Supervisor support is proven to have a positive effect to role conflict, Supervisor support is proven to have a positive effect to role ambiguity, Supervisor support have no effect on employee job satisfation, Role conflict have no effect on performance, Role conflict have no effect on employee job satisfaction, Role ambiguity is proven to have a positive effect to performance, Role ambiguity have no effect on job satisfaction, Role overload is proven to have a negative effect to job satisfaction, Performance have no effect on employee job satisfaction.
