Abstract
This article tested to what degree of ROE, EPS, and OCF influenced the stock price of manufacturing industries in BEJ since 1999 until 2002. The results indicated that only ROE had significant influence on the movement of stock price at 5% alpha (t = 2.557). But, simultaneously they significantly influence the movement of stock price of manufacturing industry (R squared 0.055 and alpha 10%).
