This research aimed to prove thatcompetency, Job Description and Job Specification influence on Service Academic atHigh School of Economic X South Jakarta. Within this research, population research refers to employee at High School of Economic X South Jakarta whichis about 5 employees and 30 respondents of students that already pass the probation time. Sample used about 30 respondents and data was taken by way of questionnaires and qualitative research The data collection are analyzed by Interview and Observation. The result of this analysis showed that there are unsatisfaction students of service academic because theire competency has an under knowledge, skill, ability and others,. Byt that means, there are a bad respon or sevice in the High School of Economics X. Keywords:competency, service academic, job description, job satisfaction, knowledge, skill, ability.
