Abstract
CV. Sabina Teknik is a company engaged in manufacture of machinery and metal processing for parts / spare parts. Since its establishment in 2009, the company has a principle to always put the quality of the products produced in order to maintain consumer’s confidence. In the production activities, the company is always trying to produce a good product and reduce the amount of damage to the product by setting the tolerance limit damages in the amount of 5% of the total production. However, in reality, there is still a defective product that exceeds its specified tolerance limits. This study aims to determine the application of quality control is carried out by CV. Sabina Teknik and also to know the results of the analysis of the application of controls by using statistical tools, such as by using a check sheet, control chart, pareto charts, cause and effect diagram. Quality control analysis will also be done on the cost report quality CV. Sabina Technique 2011-2012. Results showed that the quality control analysis through statistical tool that is Pareto charts note that the most dominant damage caused by the size difference or not in accordance with the specifications of the desired control chart analysis shows that there is still spare part products of uncontrolled or exceed the tolerance limit of 5 %. Cause and effect diagram analysis shows that the main causes of the damage comes from the human factor. And recent analysis report shows that the cost of quality management is still not going well and effectively. Keywords: Quality Control, Defective, Cost of Quality.
