Abstract
This research entitled The Effect of Work family conflict, Compensation, and Career Development on Performance through Employee Job Satisfaction on permanent employees of PT Bank X Menteng Main Branch Office. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work family conflict, non-financial compensation, and career development affect performance through employee job satisfaction at Bank X Menteng. Hypothesis testing in this study used the Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the SmartPLS 3.0 software, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire in the form of a google form, and the number of respondents in this study were 62 permanent employees of Bank X Menteng using the saturated sampling formula. The results showed that work family conflict had a positive and insignificant effect, non-financial compensation and career development had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work family conflict had a positive and insignificant effect on performance, non-financial compensation had a negative and insignificant effect on performance, career development. positive and insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, work family conflict has a positive and insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction, non- financial compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and career development has a positive effect and significant to performance through job satisfaction.
