Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that affect the volume of housing loans and apartments period 2010-2013. Object used is stated bank and Private National Bank (BUSN). The data used in this study were obtained from Laporan Perbankan Indoesia, Statistik Ekonomi, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) 2010-2013-3 monthly. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of non-performing loans (NPL), the BI Rate, Inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the Loan To Value (LTV) of the mortgage volume and apartments stated bank and Bank BUSN 2010-2013. From the results of the analysis indicate that the non-performing loan (NPL), the BI Rate, Inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the Loan To Value (LTV) significantly affects the volume of housing loans and apartment stated bank and Private National Bank (BUSN). In the stated banks are only variable inflation that not has a significant effect and the Private National Bank (BUSN) only Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant effect. Keywords: Non-Performing Loan (NPL), the BI Rate, Inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Loan To Value (LTV) and the volume of housing loans and apartments period 2010-2013.
