Abstract
The Purpose of this research was to determine how much influence the selection and training variables on the performance of employees in PT. Kresna Graha Sekurindo. To test the validity of the hypothesis that there are necessary data that come from employee’s about the selection, training, and performance. The samples are obtained by population of the organization, 80 employees are used as the sample of this study. This statistics method used is multiple regression with initial test used is a test of normality, multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. With interval scale 1-5. Based on research by multiple Regression test, it can be concluded that the variables of selection, and traning influence individually on employee performance. Of the two independent variables that exist, can be seen that the selection variables have the most impact on performance. Keyword: Selection, training, performance.
