Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh situational leadership, organizational culture, training terhadap work motivation dan employee performance di PT Bank MNO Area Kebon Sirih. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap Bank MNO dengan data yang dihimpun sebanyak 106 responden menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) didukung oleh aplikasi SPSS 21 dan AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Situational Leadership memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Work Motivation, Training memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Work Motivation, Work Motivation pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, Situational Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance melalui Work Motivation, Organizational Culture berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance melalui Work Motivation, Training berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance melalui Work Motivation, Situational Leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational Culture tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, Training tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational Culture tidak berpengaruh terhadap Work Motivation.
