Abstract
The resulting performance of employees can not be separated from each employee motivation and work environment that supports both physical and behavioral. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees in corporate communications and secretarial division of Bank Negara Indonesia. Testing was conducted with a questionnaire of 82 respondents spread of corporate employee communications and secretariat division of Bank Negara Indonesia. Analysis done of test validity, test reliability, and test hypotheses with SPPS version 17 program using multiple linear regression analysis. With multiple linear regression analysis method can be concluded that the motivation variables were significant and positive effect on the performance of the t value 3.061 (> t table 1.991) and the significance of 0,003 (<0,05). Physical work environment variables were significant and positive effect on the performance of the 5,273 t value (> t table 1.991) and significance of 0.000 (<0.05) and the behavioral of work environment negatively affect employee performance with t value - 2,338 (<- t tables -1.991) and the significance of 0.022 (<0,05).
