Abstract
The purpose of this is study is to determine the effect of several regional financial components (in local budget/APBD) i.e. Special Allocation Fund, General Allocation Grant, and Region own source Revenue to the economic growth. The sample of this study are 5 (five) listed regencies or cities in The Province of Central Java based on the data at Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kementrian Keuangan Indonesia for the Year 2007 - 2012. This study is focused to get general description of this intended 5 (five) cities/regencies, which are selected from its performances in economic growth (PDRB) during selected years (2007 – 2012). The independent variables on this study are Special Allocation Fund, General Allocation Grant, and Region Own-Source Revenue. Going concern economic growth is used as dependent variable and measured by using financial reporting. Quantitative analysis using statistical method is used for the analysis, to find the general pattern (relations) among the data The result of hypothesis testing showed : (1) In partial, DAU have a postive effect to PDRB (2) In Partial, Dak have a positive effect to PDRB(3) In partial PAD, have a positive effect to PDRB, (4) In Simultant DAU, DAK, PAD have connection to give a postive effect to PDRB Keywords: DAU, DAK, PAD, PDRB, Economic Growth, Government Budget.
