Abstract

Basically, the work environment is supporting to increased of employeeperformance. Good working environment and comfortable can support employees towork more effectively withfast, precise, focused and carefully so that employees are noteasily stressed, bored, and stay motivated in their duties that will ultimately lead toimprovements in the performance of the employee and the company. This research is categorized as survey research with descriptive analysis methodby taking sample and using questionnaire as the main data. The sample in this researchis frontline employees of PT. BankMandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta. The respondents arechosen by using nonprobability sampling andpurposivesampling techniques.The resultsof analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and its result would besummarized as below 1.There are positive and significant influencebetween training toward employeeperformance at PT. Bank Mandiri(Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.2.There are positive and significant influence between empowerment towardemployee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.3. Reward has positive and significant influence toward employee performance atPT. BankMandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.4. There are positive and significant influencebetween supportive managementtoward employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.5.Service technologyhas positive and significant influencetoward employeeperformance at PT.
