Turnover intentions in hospitality industry is a signal of the employee turnover inthe industry. The company shall give a serious attention because a high turnover withina company can interrupt activities and productivities. Beside, turnover can also createinstability and uncertainty of employee condition. According to the above, theresearcher argues that it is necessary to have a further examination about therelationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and turnoverintentions in the hospitality industry. The deep theory analysis of variables affecting turnover intentions brings theresearcher to develop a research model consisting of three variables which are jobsatisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intentions as well as three research hypotheses. Data of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnoverintentions is obtained through interviews using questionnaires to 82 respondents who are employees of the Alpine Hotel. Then, data is analyzed using SPSS Technique of Analysis. The result of the three research hypotheses test using SPSS shows that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnoverintentions,organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions,and job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive relationship and together has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.Based on that results, therefore the research questions are solved. That turnoverintentions is affected by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, in order to push theturnover intentions in a low number, the management need to take efforts to improve the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of the employees Keywords : job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention
