Abstract

Bank has an important role in economic cycles over the world, including Indonesia. Meaning of the Bank itself is an institution in charge of collecting funds from the public and manage the funds to be channeled back to the community in the form of credit. In its lending banks also have a role to the distribution of funds in the SME sector which is a business that dominate the economy in Indonesia This study aims to determine the influence of Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loans and Prime Lending Rate to SMEs by commercial banks according to business activities (BUKU) 3 and 4 the period 2012-2014. The sample in this study are reported in the financial statements the Financial Services Authority website by using purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data from quarterly financial reports obtained from the website www.ojk.go.id. Data analysis was performed with quantitative analysis such as multiple regression analysis. The results provedthat, DPK, CAR, NPL, and the prime lending rate has a significant influence on the distribution of MSME credit. DPK, CAR and NPL have an positiveinfluence, while the prime lending rate variable has no effect on SMEs Lending Keywords: DPK, CAR, NPL, SBDK
