Abstract

The growth of internet is increasing, so many young entrepreneurs find online-based method, one of these business is the online shopping.The purpose of this research is to determine the significant factors affecting the customer satisfaction on online shoping through Blibli.com website Determinants in this research are website design, security, information quality, payment method, e-service quality, product quality, product variety, delivery services. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Survey conducted on a sample consist of 150 people, specifically online shoping customer on Blibli.com website. Non probability sampling and convience sampling method is used for sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) analyzing method is used. The results are summarized below Website Design, Security, Information quality, Payment method, E-service quality, Product quality, Product variety and Delivery Services has positive impact to customer satisfaction on online shoping through Blibli.com.
