Abstract
This research study effect of Transformational Leadership towards performance directly and also through organizational commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variable on permanent teacher at SMA Budhi Warman II Jakarta. Therespondents was taken from SMA Budhi Warman II Jakarta permanent teachers for 40 respondents. This researchquestionnaire method to collect information from the respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The result of this research shows that, transformational leadership positively affect organizational commitment and job satisfaction, transformational leadership have no effect on performance, organizational commitment positively affect performance and lastly job satisfaction positively affect performance.
