Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh innovative capacity dan human value added terhadap corporate performance dengan size sebagai variabel kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015 sampai 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pengukuran inovasi yaitu equipment per employee (EP) dan jumlah produk baru (NP). Hasil penelitian pada variabel innovative capacity menunjukkan bahwa EP berpengaruh negatif terhadap corporate performance, sedangkan NP berpengaruh positif terhadap corporate performance. Hasil pada variabel human value added menunjukkan bahwa human value added berpengaruh positif terhadap corporate performance. Kata kunci: Innovative Capacity, Human Value Added, Corporat Performance.
