Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relation of organizational culture and leadership behavior to organizational commitment. The object of this research is PT. XYZ, a multinational company that own coffee shop and retail. This research take every partner who works at district 24 for sample. This research is involving survey with total 75 population respondent. Data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis to detect the influence of organizational culture and leadership behavior to organizational commitment. Since the result of this research shows that there is a significant relation between organizational culture to organizational commitment, PT. XYZ suggested to give more effort to create a better work culture and environment. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Behavior, Organizational Commitment.
