Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between cash flow from operating, investing, and financing activities with stock price. The independence variables are cash flow from operating activities, cash flow from investing activities, and cash flow from financing activities. The dependence variable is stock price. This research used 15 samples from 22 population of banking companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and issues an audited financial statements. The hypothesis test used linear multiple regression. The results of this research showed a significance relationship between cash flow from operating, and financing activities, and components of cash flow with stock price, but no relationship between cash flow from investing activities with stock price. This result showed that cash flow statement has an influence to stock price
