Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of partially and jointly independent variable Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Assets (ROA) of the dependent variable Price to Book Value (PBV) .Objek in research this is a company in the sector of Finance with the Banking sub-sector recorded in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with years of observations from 2010 to 2015 from LQ45. Based on this research, the conclusion is that the three independent variables Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Assets (ROA) together significantly influence the Price to Book Value (PBV)
