Abstract

Educations Industrial is the important things for increasing human value. It also occurs in the educations industry in Indonesia. To increase academics achievement is depend on two factors, organizations culture and academics environment. Where Indonesia has the institution that can increase human value by academic achievement there is STIE Indonesia Banking School. The purpose of this research is to study the effects of organization culture and academic environment on the student achievement. The object of this research is STIE Indonesia Banking School, and the subject is the student. The method used in this study was descriptive. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 234 respondents. The statistic model of this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1. Organization Culture has significant effect on academic achievement because it was influenced by another factor, which is disciplinary, 2. academic environment has no effect on academic achievement, although academic environment indicators is directly connected to the student.
